Personal
Charlie is from Hope Mills, North Carolina and is happily married to his beautiful wife, Lyndsey. He is the son of Charles and Janet Gardner and has an older sister, Liz, who is a professor at Texas Tech University. Charlie enjoys playing golf as well as a wide variety of other sports such as softball, soccer, flag football and basketball. He also enjoys a wide variety of music and other activities. Charlie is also a devoted Atlanta Braves, San Diego Chargers, and NC State Wolfpack fan. He enjoys spending Saturdays in the fall at Carter Finley stadium watching the Wolfpack play at home, with his wife, from his lifetime-right season ticket seats in the Red Zone.
Education
After graduating from South View High School in 2001, Charlie attended North Carolina State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in December, 2004. He later enrolled at the North Carolina Central University School of Law in the Fall of 2006 and earned his Juris Doctor degree in May 2009.
Professional Experience
After passing the July 2009 North Carolina Bar Exam, Charlie worked for Attorney Steve Bunce in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He conducted real estate closings, both residential and commercial, performed title searches, prepared a vast array of legal documents such as deeds, notes, deeds of trust, wills, powers of attorney and many more. Charlie is grateful to Steve and his staff for teaching him so much in a short period of time and being a pleasure to work with everyday.
Charlie opened his own firm, Gardner Law Firm, PLLC, in January of 2011. Much like he did at Steve's, he handles real estate closings, both residential and commercial, as well as other real property conveyances such as deeds, deeds of trust and others.
